For the Veteran status and domestic violence categories, the element will sum to the number of active, PATH-enrolled adults. If a PATH provider enrolled an individual under age 18, they will not be counted in these elements.

This data represents the number of PATH-enrolled individuals identifying with each response category for age. This data will sub to the number of active, PATH-enrolled individuals for the reporting period. Adults are the primary target population for the PATH program. However, some programs may enroll transition-age youth aged 17 and under if they meet program eligibility.

The PATH program connects individuals with treatment, recovery support services, housing, and income assistance through the direct provision of PATH-funded services or by referring individuals to community support services. Data in this section represents services provided using PATH funds, referrals made to community partners, and services or assistance attained through those referrals. For each category, the data represents the unduplicated number of PATH-enrolled individuals who receive a service or referral. Individuals who received more than one of each type of service or referral will only be counted once in each category.
