This data represents the number of PATH individuals connected to SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery assistance during the reporting period. Due to the high number of individuals who left the program without completing an exit interview, it is believed that this number may be a potentially significant undercount of those who obtained benefits during their time receiving PATH services.
